  • Formulate opportunities for improving overall organizational strategic leadership.

  • Use systematic approaches to assess the factors that are driving change in the landscape of education.
  • Identify the legislative frameworks that are relevant to their areas of operation.
  • Explain the imperatives of good corporate citizenship and ethical business practices in relation to higher education institutions.
  • Apply good corporate governance principles to specific challenges they face in the management of higher institutions.
